App stopped working around Feb 2018. KSFCU was no help. Multiple attempts at tech support and they told me everything was working fine. They advised me to visit a branch for tech support, no thanks.

Usually I love the app and the text alerts and everything works just as it should and their right on time. But recently, at least the last 4 weeks, its been hit or miss on my alerts. It’s like it’s picking and choosing which one I might get, If I made 10 transactions in a day I might’ve gotten 3 of them. It’s a bit irritating, especially because if there happens to be a fraudulent transaction I might not know about it very quickly.

Why is there not an Alert when a Courtesy Pay Fee is assessed to inform an account holder the account needs to have additional funds deposited, which would prevent further Fees being assessed??? 
Since you have an Alert for rejected checks, it only makes common sense to Alert for this expensive error.

The app worked perfectly for a time, then suddenly stopped sending alerts, which almost defeats the purpose of having it. I believe you can still suspend your card immediately, but that really doesn’t help if you aren’t alerted to purchases.
