How do you want me to become a customer and if your Zelle doesn’t work I understand if this is a third-party situation but you need to fix the app and how do you want people to Zelle if my screen is completely blank. I have been a customer with you guys for over a year and this has been an issue. I have been wanting to change banks but no this has really become an issue. Unless you guys don’t fix your app now and you guys will lose a forever customer. ### 1/5 — Not working on my phone *2025-11-07, version 4018.0.3* For the last week and a half, the app has not let me log in to my account on my phone. This is so inconvenient as I rely on this app for many reasons. I have deleted the app and then waited 24 hours and put it back on my phone without success. It tells me an error occurred and to try again later. I have not been able to log in.
