The ValleyStar Credit Union Mobile Banking App provides you safe and secure access to your Credit Union accounts, plus much more!  Once you’ve downloaded the app, simply log in using your Online Banking credentials to get started.

The mobile app needs to show the totals for everything. It’s running into wielding and you can’t see it.

I have been a member since Valley Star came to Danville. I am never able to get to the local branch because of business hours so I try and use the app. But there are constantly issues such as the ones I’m having now trying to deposit checks through the app. And keep getting errors and logs out. Can never get in touch with anyone to fix the problem so I’m considering switching banks all together.

Automated phone service and LIMITED online assistance.  Communication efforts are the worst a business could hope for.  Very unprofessional in all levels. Can’t call a single branch, automated phones don’t work, online can’t process any activity on my account.  Totally worthless for a person who works out of town during business hours and no weekend hours.

I have another bank account with another bank that takes pictures of my checks.  I find this to be very helpful seeing the checks info on the checks that I write.

I would hope that Valley Star would introduce this feature as well on the papers statements as well  as on the online banking.

I open the app only to get a “spinning wheel.” Then I remove the app and reinstall it. But it is necessary to take that action whenever I want to use it! Emails to the CU have brought no change. I’m thinking of quitting this financial institution because it is so frustrating. Is its poor app indicative of the problems of not taking customers complaints seriously?
