Also, this company adds in so many hidden fees. I can’t even do my taxes because I can’t even get an itemized statement for the year I’ve had nothing but problems out of this company from the start, if you just wanna give away your money, this is the company for you because that’s all they do is take it your money. I am extremely disappointed and completely frustrated with the lack of help when you try to get an answer for something. ### 1/5 — The worst app to receive card payments *2026-02-10* The worst app to receive card payments ### 1/5 — Glitch update *2025-09-25* Since the update there is a glitch. Thank you for your feedback. ### 1/5 — It's a hustle *2025-04-17* The main problem is that it continues to logout every 2 min and we have to log in back all day long and is a hustle. We have lost sales due to that. They said c it would be fixed. Never had been, while they take in the extra fees. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work right *2024-09-24* Sorriest app ever made. Doesn’t let charges go thru but you won’t know that because it doesn’t tell you. I’d be ashamed of this if I created the app. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2024-06-14* Many card doesn’t go through even though cards are good…a waist of time with this company ### 4/5 — Option to disable the loud jingle sound whenever the app is opened *2025-09-19* Whenever the app is opened, there is a welcome screen and a little music that gets played. This plays even if my phone is on silent and causes a lot of disturbance. And frankly, it’s more annoying than helpful in my opinion. It would be much appreciated to offer a simple setting to disable the welcome screen altogether.
