It was accepted but was lost. Valr will not look for it as they say it is too expensive for them. I would like to warn people to read the small print so that they don’t make my catastrophic mistake. I therefore cannot recommend VALR’s support service. ### 1/5 — You people are thieves your charges is very high more thank the owner of the coin that’s so bad *2023-05-10* Big scammers **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Withdrawal fees are dependent on the level of activity on the blockchain and as such are dynamic. We always quote you the fee before you withdraw so that you know exactly what it will be. Unfortunately we don't have control of what this fee is as it is determined by all the people using the network. If we don't submit a high enough fee for your transaction then there is a likelihood that your transaction will not be included in the blockchain for hours, if not days, and will not arrive at it's destination without long delays. Therefore to avoid this we charge a fee in line with what the network requires. I hope this clears things up for you. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2021-09-05, version 1.0.28* This app is Scammers, I’ve been trading with this app for 8 month, My transaction are always 10,000 and my highest is 30,000 Rands, Nothing happened, I put in 90,00 last week, till now I haven’t seen it, I’m crying, This app have scammed me, I have go to the STD Bank and my bank they both said they have released the money to MY VALR, since then I haven’t seen my money, it will not be well with you people, you scammed me 90,000. Don’t download this app , this app is controlled by scammers, they’re a lot of victims, my money is gone **Developer response:** Thank you for raising this matter. In such cases, the individual will be contacted and the course of action on how to return the funds to where they originated is communicated. Can we also get a way to rearrange the wallet order. Update : I am aware of the zero balances. I want to reorder the coins I have at the moment. For example if I have Bitcoin Ethereum Ripple and Solana I would like to be able to put Solana first then Ripple then Ethereum and finally Bitcoin and not in the default order. **Developer response:** We appreciate this very useful feedback! Unfortunately, VALR cannot provide price alerts for the altcoins offered at the moment. Regarding SOL and USDC price alerts, I've relayed your message to the relevant team for further investigation and prioritisation If you would like to only view the coins that you have a positive balance for, please enable the "hide zero balance" function. This will remove wallets with a balance of 0 from your home screen.
