Firstly, it is extremely slow and crashes plenty of time. Secondly, it’s not very user friendly and tough to mitigate around the App. Thirdly, there should be more security assurances of the user’s info as some info required to provide is private and crucial. They blocked my account for no reason and only demands to pay-up the monthly dues and not to make any further purchases after granting them 7%+ intrest rate for over a year now. They did not inform me that they will do so and their customer service agent simply told me if you don't like it just leave us. And now they are avoiding me completly over all their contacts. So simply i have filed a report for the consumer protection agency in Egypt and i will be hearing from them soon. Customer service on all channels are not knowledgeable and it’s very hard to reach support. Multiple promises of callbacks that were never fulfilled. Committed to a transaction after being misinformed about the deal. No terms and conditions available to customers.
