I’m unqualified to refinance an income producing property I’ve afforded for 6 years with 97% less income than when I bought the place. But can buy another house (non income producing and same sales price) Through another lender. I lost my income producing property; and half my portfolio, (4 units out of 10) While still holding 2 real estate loans at Value bank, that I’ve made flawless payments on for the last 6 years.
