Incredibly horrible app. Before even signing in it says it can not validate my credentials. I have done it with my finger print and putting my username and password in. I’ve had horrible experiences with this app and bank in general. I’m on the verge of finding another bank. Would not recommend this app

Literally worst bank ever!

Horrible bank who doesn’t value long term loyal customers; ironic the name is “value bank”
Who doesn’t have the creativity in their financing department to see between the fine lines.
I’m unqualified to refinance an income producing property I’ve afforded for 6 years  with 97% less income than when I bought the place.
But can buy another house (non income producing and same sales price)
Through another lender.
I lost my income producing property; and half my portfolio, (4 units out of 10)
While still holding 2 real estate loans at 
Value bank, that I’ve made flawless payments on for the last 6 years.
A disgrace of a bank and miserable way to end 2018.

Easy to use. The old system had the option of explanatory comments, which I liked.
