Cannot use properly. Every time I tried to use, app just crashed and cannot press any buttons. If I cannot use my membership while purchasing something, what is the point of the membership? ### 1/5 — App is getting from bad to worse *2024-05-12, version 5.1.1* Before the update, things were alright, at least stable. After the recent update, constant crashing, ridiculous. Please fix or at least revert back to the previous version. The invite of associate member doesnt work. If you want to change to app, please ensure is user friendly. The staff at challenger don’t even bother to help. Just say without app we don’t get membership discount. What is the purpose of this app when it all it does is to deter us who are members from buying. To think that there’s a membership fee and the app doesn’t work when I need to utilise it. Poor app, do something about it! I’d give 0 stars!!! ### 1/5 — An app for the sake of having an app . Guy at the counter blamed it on me, said I have to remember my password. Ended up giving up and paying because I was only going to get 0.20 off anyway. Whoever in corporate who makes us use this app because you paid to develop it, please stop. We pay good money for the membership, don’t reward us with more inconvenience! ### 1/5 — App keeps logging you out *2021-03-01* When I login, when I browse any section it will say I have an active session already and for security reasons it will log me out. Bugs are common in apps, but if the app is go buggy don’t force users to use your app. Really badly built and the design feels like the app was made in 2009 for iPhone 2 ### 1/5 — Lousy App. Waste of time. *2021-03-01, version 2.8.27* They need to fire the development and marketing teams. Deletion of notifications don’t work, too much ads, ewallet notification still on even though it’s empty, even the links in ads (yes, ads) didn’t work, and so on. However, they limited the number of phone log in attempts to twice to force you to download their app. Bad marketing strategy. But the issue remains. Just stalls even after restart ### 1/5 — Absolutely horrendous *2024-09-26, version 5.1.4* One of the consistently worst app experiences i had to deal with. Multiple login issues, tapping on the screen has no effect, resetting password is pointless. All the while doing this in a queue at the counter.
