Doesn’t save text entered so I have to start all over again. Have emailed regarding this with no solution or help from developer or customer service agent. It’s a ripoff! Weird how it worked just fine when I purchased a single credit but when I buy a bunch all the sudden I can’t upload a single thing. The convenience of not having to go search for a reputable appraiser eliminates a lot of stress. ### 5/5 — Great company. *2020-02-07* I love this company. I have had over 30 items appraised for insurance purposes. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I will not use any other company to perform my appraisals, especially my pocket watch specialist. He is simply amazing when it comes to researching and describing my amazing vintage pieces that I inquire. For $20 and a two turn around time, this is great. The price is cheaper when you buy let’s say a 10 appraisal packet which takes the price down to $11 an appraisal. Overall great company. When I email them, they email me back promptly. Used this service several times for valuations of my items. Always great support, fun app and detailed reports too. ### 4/5 — Works great with workaround! *2021-08-08* Paid for three appraisals and received back good appraisals in less than 48 hrs. App has bug that doesn’t let you upload pics through the app, but I found a workaround: put all info into the app and then save to finish later.; this prompts system to send you an email; open that email and upload pics from there. Works like a charm! ### 3/5 — Getting expensive *2021-01-10, version 1.0* I have used the service 4 or 5 times and it was about £10 / valuation. It seems to have gone up to £30 now.
