It reads the card and then shows a different card and value I’ve used your app a few times and now going a different direction. Took $59 dollars and now won’t give a refund

The app definitely needs work … very disappointing. The support email just bounces back undelivered which brings up other questions ..

Takes forever to get results and they have all been wrong. Deleting this app.

Slow scans that come back wrong isn't the experience we want. We've improved both matching accuracy and result speed since then, so a fresh scan should look very different. This app can’t seem to id any Pokémon cards what’s so ever. It spent 10-20 mins each trying to detect what my cards even were and never came back with an answer… just non stop thinking with out a way to back out unless the app is shut down

I hate this app because I was trying to figure out what bug I saw at work inside but so I downloaded this app and it would not stop giving me notifications about premium that’s $6.99 A MONTH!!! I mean that’s so expensive when you know your nearly going to use and app. And it won’t let you use the app or identity any bugs other than basic bugs without premium. I HATE THIS APP!!!

The program scans nice and does identify what you scan. It’s easy to use but The value estimates are where this app needs work. It is extremely in accurate .

I lied so it would allow me to leave a review. This does not give you comp pricing like it shows. It does not give a guesstimate on grades. It does none of that. It says coming soon on that feature. Who knows when that will be. Why lie about it🤷‍♂️.  I figured i would give it a piece of its own medicine.
