Not sure why I downloaded this app. Oh yeah the facebook ad…. Now im bounded to pay for a year! Scam 3 uploads worked . Then it didn’t work smh fix or give my money back

**Developer response:** Hi — this was a temporary issue and we apologize for any inconvenience. It's fixed in the update rolling out now, and we've also raised the standard plan from 600 to 1250 scans a month at no extra cost. If you'd like your money back we'll sort it, no argument — email team@valuscan.net. If you'd rather give it another go, update the app and it should behave properly.

Still limited on scans even after paying $200 for a year is a little ridiculous, but the product is actually worth it still having issues connecting to all of my stores, and still waiting to hear back from customer service about why I lost scans after upgrading to pro yearly

**Developer response:** Hi Varshir — you were right, and thank you for pushing on it. There was a temperarry issue in how yearly Pro plans were being read, and it was capping affected accounts at a fraction of the scans they'd paid for and resetting them on the wrong schedule. That's fixed in the update that's rolling out now. We've also raised the standard allowance from 600 to 1250 scans a month for everyone at no extra cost, and yearly plans refresh every month as they always should have. Sorry it took a review to get sorted — if anything still looks off after you update, email team@valuscan.net and we'll get straight on it.

Would not let me get past the ValuScan Pro advertisement page at the beginning. Very frustrating. Do not recommend

A recent minor bug unfortunately caused a troublesome onboarding flow for some of our new users, causing the app to freeze on the ValuScan Pro page. Why everytime I try to scan a picture it says internal error

**Developer response:** Hi there! We are so sorry you kept hitting that 'internal error' while trying to scan your pictures! We experienced a very brief system hiccup for 48 hours, but the great news is that everything is completely fixed and scanning is back to running perfectly.
