Unfortunately the last year or so payment are consistently processed a month or more past due and every time I have to send multiple emails to get paid for my work. But this time around it had gotten much worse, my post was published on March 9 and as of May 27 they're still unable to tell me when I'll be getting paid. It's just robotic responses of 'we escalated this matter and waiting for updates' for over 2 weeks now. ### 2/5 — 45 Days to pay invoices minimum *2024-05-25* Just fyi they have a 45 day payment term for creators which is unnecessarily long ### 4/5 — Pandabot is brutal *2023-06-17, version 5.0.3* Too many notifications and emails from Pandabot. Super annoying ### 3/5 — App is crashing *2023-05-09* App is crashing everytime i try to connect my Youtube account ### 1/5 — Kanal entspricht nicht Kriterien *2023-02-11* Ich habe mich vor knapp einem Jahr das erste Mal auf Vamp angemeldet und die Meldung bekommen, dass mein Kanal den Kriterien nicht entspricht - soweit okay, aber es wurde seitdem nicht aktualisiert. Auch wenn mein Profil sich seit einem Jahr weiterentwickelt hat, steht immer noch diese Meldung und die Beschreibung meines Profils (Followerzahl etc) ist noch auf dem Stand von vor einem Jahr. ### 1/5 — No brand campaigns for ages *2022-05-12* No brand deals nor campaigns for ages Waste of time to have it Deleting it now! Just a mess! ### 1/5 — No app, just a static page *2022-01-05* I tried to sign up for this service on their website and it directs you to their app. I downloaded the app it appears to just be a static page. I tried to contact customer support and I went to a 404 error page, not a good start. ### 1/5 — Testeurs au boulot *2021-11-23* Je l’avais téléchargé il y a deux ans sur mon iPhone SE et ça fonctionnait sans problème; maintenant que je veux la réinstaller, impossible de se connecter car le bouton est complètement hors champ de l’écran … ### 2/5 — Problem app and very late to pay *2021-11-06* While Vamp have some great client this app lets both clients and creators down. Constantly crashing, logging you out and just invasive (putting passwords in, a big no no) I cant recommend it. The kicker is that you don’t get paid until way after (I’m still waiting and sent in my invoice 5.5 weeks ago!). ### 1/5 — Joke ap *2021-10-31* Don’t even bother ### 1/5 — Vamp refuses to disclose how much money they make off you *2021-03-21* As an influencer expect to be paid less than 1/2 the market rate. If you ask about the margin Vamp takes from you they will refuse to tell you. I do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Vamp is a low key scam. *2021-02-04* If your a photographer or good “content creator” then do download or join. They have huge clients like Woolworths and most of there huge clients only pay like $20 for the content and for you to post it on your Instagram. Multimillion dollar companies use your content and you get paid very little, sounds like a scam to me where the middle man (Vamp) make all the profits. **Developer response:** Hello Copy parade. We can assure you there's no scam. Vamp has dynamic pricing built into its platform, so each creator will be paid a different rate for campaigns. Vamp uses data to set these fees, taking the following factors into account: content type and volume, influencer location and local audience percentage, reach, engagement and campaign demand. We present these prices at opt in stage, so every creator can choose to participate in a brief, or not. This pricing system allows us to connect thousands of creators to their favourite brands. Sorry you didn't feel the app was for you. ### 1/5 — They hacked my instagram acc!! *2021-01-02, version 4.1.1* They hacked me and they sold my account with followers!!! Luckily i got it back!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Very unprofessional conduct / almost a scam *2026-07-30, version 6.2.3* I had a collab through them and everything went fine, the worst part came when it was the time for the payment. I had to chase them for 4 months day in and out and all I would hear is same message that it will be paid this week but nothing. On the app itself they gave a notification that payment is made and will show in my account within 3-4 days but nothing at all. Very dodgy platform and I still never got paid. By the way the collab was for a very top known company so I will definitely reach out to them and let them know about this scam agency that never paid me. ### 1/5 — They pay months late *2026-05-27* Payments are extremely late on top of the 45 day delay that exists even if they pay on time. Would not recommend ### 1/5 — Great opportunities but doesn’t pay properly *2026-04-27* There are good opportunities here but competition is very high. Once you get a job, it follows a strict timeline but it depends on brands if they’re flexible too. It’s easy to use but sadly they pay really slow. There’s already 45 day holding period then they will still delay it even more. I have multiple occasions that I’ve been chasing the payment for the work that I did. The only reason they say of delay is their internal finance processing which means it’s a Vamp issue. ### 1/5 — WORST app for serious creators *2024-05-07* Have spent years trying to work this app. It freezes, it doesn’t allow login with correct details, sometimes just looping to the same page or urging to change password. The initial dashboard is ridiculous to use and if I was a beginner creator I’d be so confused. There is no actual assistance with troubleshooting or trying to fix anything, and no contact when you can’t do basic things like connect socials (which STILL to this day not connect properly) Save yourself the download and don’t bother ### 1/5 — Poor payment terms. *2024-03-08* Most campaigns take up to 8 weeks for payment to clear which is completely unacceptable. It has never taken me this long to get paid on any other platform. Note that this isn’t a one off issue but rather just the way their payment terms work. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t pay their creators *2023-10-27* If you are a content creator, do NOT use this app They have legitimate collaboration opportunities, I have been waiting for nearly two weeks past my pay date and have received nothing. I have been in contact with their service team these past two weeks and all they have been able to tell me is that they can’t get in touch with their financial team. Please be warned! This has been a terrible experience ### 1/5 — Outdated campaigns *2023-07-29* Not a very good site to find campaigns and collaborations, there are several better ones like Skeepers, Aspire, etc. this doesn’t quite have the amount of campaigns as other platforms and doesn’t seem legitimate. ### 1/5 — vamp *2023-07-25* the app literally doesn’t work it’s so glitchy and wouldn’t let me put my right birthdate and then couldn’t verify my email it seems sketchy ### 1/5 — Poor app *2023-06-02* The app is really poorly made. I’m always logged out. My login stopped working and I can’t reinitialise my password. Why did you make an app and not a mobile website?!!!!!!! Who cares to have an app ### 1/5 — Unpredictable and odd platform! *2023-04-04, version 5.0.2* I was accepted onto this platform before Christmas and was enjoying applying to the campaigns. Then without any warning, my account was ‘stuck’ and new campaigns weren’t showing up. When I emailed the customer help service I had my email passed on to someone to pass inspection on. I then received an email saying that I had been denied access to new campaigns because my content quality isn’t up to standard!! This was a shock to me because it was only a couple of months before this that I had been accepted onto the platform! I then found out from quite a few other micro influencers they had also been removed without warning and after chasing it up had been told the same poor excuse. It doesn’t make sense since a couple of the brands I applied to I messaged outside of the platform and they said they were happy to work with me. I can only assume this platform works on your engagement being high, because my quality of content is not bad compared to what I have seen. It’s such a shame because they are only going to lose out on amazing, hard working influencers who create lovely content but they get overlooked because engagement is low. Not everyone has the time to reply back to every comment. I’m very disappointed with the people who monitor the accounts. To be accepted on there and then have someone else take me off (amongst others) is unfair. The lack of communication is also an issue.
