Не работает PVP

Здравствуйте
Целый день не могу войти на пвп арену. Вход осуществляю через аккаунт apple. После подтверждения входа через аккаунт apple идет загрузка которая заканчивается либо ошибкой: «отсутствует интернет соединение» либо просит ввести имя. Какие только имена я не пробывал вводить ответ один: имя занято.
