Perhaps the Mayor and Councillors need to demand that department managers fix the problem. This new app and design is TERRIBLE. It is not intuitive, and you cannot find where to report what you want to report becoming more of a deterrent to active reporting than an encouragement (is that what the city wants?!) The app developers need to go back to basics and ditch this app - BRING BACK VANCONNECT - there was nothing wrong with it and you could use it easily.
