I totally understand about the safety of the sanitation workers during our very-rare snowfalls. However, with weather forecasting down to an hourly science, the pick ups could be cancelled ONLY FOR THE WEEK of the actual predicted snow, and not arbitrarily for a whole month of perfectly fine weather. Francisco @ ReCollect Systems Inc. ### 1/5 — The Schedule is not correct *2024-07-29, version 2024.1.26* The app logic works completely ok but based on the PDF on the websites(which is correct), the garbage is every OTHER week but in the app it’s every week and it’s super annoying that every time I have to manually check the pdf to remember it’s garbage collection day or not. ### 1/5 — Notifications stopped working *2023-09-12, version 2023.4.12* The app is working well for a while and reminding me to take out my garbage on garbage day, but suddenly the notification stopped. I turned them on, but still they didn’t work. Ever. ### 1/5 — Needs re-vision *2022-03-17, version 2021.12.15* It hasn’t been the right dates since before Christmas. I thought they’d work it out but not done yet? Our pick up date in the east 32Ave neighbourhood is every second Wednesday. You have it on Friday ? NO! It’s not Friday- So, we have garbage everywhere because no one remembers. We paid our taxes for weekly pickup but the contracted company seems to have issues. They said it was the snow? It’s gone boys! Really . Hire more people and pay real wages cause the assignment is lost on you. And recycle?
