Why run ads randomly while the game action is happening? Also, if for example there are basketball and baseball games on at same time, you can’t choose which one you want to listen to, there is only access to a single feed. This app is getting worse w time. It’s time for the university to consider a new vendor. ### 1/5 — Such a downgrade. So disappointed. All glitz and no functionality like past app *2023-02-19* Please please please hear us. You have rearranged and hidden and seemingly forgotten to make the app intuitive to find what you want on a game. Take baseball for instance, you can’t find the box score or any stats on a previous game. When you try to find the previous game, I could only hope to search schedule. You see the name and date of the previous schedule but NOTHING ELSE. If you go to a future or current game YOU DO get links to box score, stats etc. Why can’t this be preserved and found in the app for past games?? I do find the News article about the game, that is the only consolation. Please make this more functional. Other feedback, you used to be able to click on all things about the game including listening to it. Now the app makes you go to Listen First , then pick a sport, then pick a game. 4 clicks instead of 1 or 2. Come on. You are degrading the quality of the experience. Why make it so difficult?? ### 1/5 — I cannot get the app to download *2022-08-30* Presently, I have no Vanderbilt athletics app on my iPhone. When I attempt to download it, it instructs me to “open” as if it were on my phone. When I select open, it takes me to my Home Screen. Anyone have ideas? ### 1/5 — Great way to keep up on Vandy sports, but... *2018-03-21* I love my Commodores! And it’s great to have to app to keep up to date on the best sports, but ever since I installed the app, my phone battery just drains. I checked the push notifications, and nothing seems to help (except deleting the app). It’s a shame...Sorry to have to get rid of the app so that I could make it through the day without charging my phone. ### 1/5 — Used to love this... *2018-01-14* I could listen to games since I live too far to go to many of the games. I could listen to Joe and mute the TV announcers, now you can’t pause the broadcast and sync it with the TV. Please bring this feature back!!! ### 1/5 — Unusable - won't load *2017-09-18* Downloaded at the Vandy/ Kansas State game. Got a 'No Connection' error. Thought it was just because of the stadium although safari, snapchat, et al, worked fine. A day later, I am still receiving this error. ### 2/5 — Support *2020-01-16* When I got to the Apple App Store and this app and click on “app support” it brings me to the Vanderbilt website. There isn’t any where on the website for “app support”, or if there is I have been unable to find it. App appears to not be working during several 🏀 game, including tonight’s AR game. Keep getting a “no connection” message even though every thing else on my phone appears to be connected & working. Deleted & reloaded with no success. Please check on app. ### 2/5 — MSG *2017-09-03* Audio does not work. ### 4/5 — Our Vandy lifeline! *2018-09-05* Since we moved to another state, the Vandy app keeps us linked to our beloved Commodores. We love listening to Joe Fisher’s broadcasts in all sports. The live stats sometimes have lengthy delays, but other than this, the app is great.
