The app continues to show notification badges suggested you have unread messages, but every time you check there is nothing new. Then when teacher actually message you, the app won’t notify you unless you log out and log in again, but by then it is too late and you missed important information. This is not a district issue. This is a problem with this platform regardless of the district they serve.
