AI가 제 컨디션, 근육 피로도, 사용할 수 있는 장비, 이전 운동 기록들까지 다 반영해서 제 목표에 맞는 맞춤형 루틴을 짜주니까 진짜 유용합니다. 
매일 뭘 해야할 지 고민할 필요가 없어져서 너무 편해요!

시중에 나와있는 여러가지 운동 앱들이 있는데, vanholt처럼 내 근육의 운동수행량에 기반한 운동을 시켜주는 앱은 처음이네요. 디자인도 깔끔하고, 과금처리 되는것도 없어서 소비자 입장에서는 최곱니다. 번창하세요!

I’ve tried about 6~7 fitness apps over the years, trying to find one that really clicks, but this one has mad potential. It actually feels good to use, and the UI is super simple and intuitive.

I’ve always found fitness apps to be really technical, and overly complex, cuz tbh, I just need to record my workouts and track my stats. This one though, clicks and just feels premium.

Props to the devs, if they keep this up, it will be the best fitness app by a large margin. Just don’t go off the rails and become bloated.
