I don’t know what’s the problem with this app . And it is not my phone I checked. I could sit on a design for two hours and out of nowhere the app will shut down and close everything and delete my design. It’s nothing more frustrating than that. I upgraded my iOS to the 16 Pro Max and the app will not open the black background Image tab. I was using the iPhone 13 Pro Max but, since I upgraded my iPhone to the 16 Pro Max, the app is giving me trouble. Own album covers 3000 x 3000 the image tab will not open. I’ve tried reinstalling it several times I thought maybe you know it was my phone but it is not my phone and I have sent out an inquiry to support about this and have not heard back nor do I think they care. It’s a shame because this app is absolutely wonderful and now I don’t know where to go to create my album covers. But all the simple frames and elements I used back in the day on the old version are all gone. The freeze will happen, I’ll have to swipe out of the app and it either brings you to when you last saved it or if you haven’t saved, you have to do it all over again. The only drawback is, sometimes it crashes and the subscription amount is little higher. but can’t blame them because everyone is charging this much of amount. And limited amount of font selection. The practice of bringing apps to market, selling at ‘$x.xx’ - waiting 6-12months then switching an app to a subscription is, quite simply vulgar! I’ll never subscribe to these apps.
