### 4/5 — This isn’t really accessible but figured it out and played

*2022-09-23, version 1.5*

This game is not accessible by this I mean voiceover is it gonna help you if you turn it on you could have it shut off or turn on if you have a turn on you need direct touch anyway blindly figure it out the controls cause I can’t see played it and beat it very sad the game is so short didn’t take me long to beat it pretty sure the developer will never read this but just going to say would increase the review if accessibility was updated but anyway I thought the story was enjoyable

### 3/5 — I think it’s good, except for one thing

*2018-08-11*

I was really excited to play this game, but when I downloaded it I discovered that the main menu screen is not accessible with voiceover. Being blind, this is somewhat of an issue, and it’s upsetting considering this is one of the few audio games that sounds really good.

### 2/5 — Not really the right game for me

*2016-04-27*

The thing I didn't like about it was that I could not see anything but very well made game and people who can tell the direction of the noises
Then probably the right game for you

### 4/5 — Great

*2016-01-18, version 1.3*

Really great free game, loved and sometimes it gave me a jump.

### 3/5 — Okay

*2015-03-28, version 1.3*

This app has a good concept and in the sounds are good with her be good if it had voiceover accessibility and turn the feature actually worked I said I sat here and turned around and it would not turn

### 3/5 — Average

*2015-03-21*

The idea generated behind the game made me believe that there was a good back story to this game. However after playing only two levels I found the game to be quite confusing. Unless you were completely facing away from the source of the sound it was very deceiving an the volume didn't increase when you got closer so I was unsure if I was heading in the right direction. When a being attacked the provided knife seemed almost useless as after following the hint to strike after the vibration of the phone it seemed to do little to no damage. Shortly which after I was killed. If you can see to these problems then the game should be a good hit.

### 2/5 — Gamer

*2014-12-28, version 1.3*

Way too difficult to find the monsters. All I hear is the police car and I have played for over an hour and still no monsters. Fix these problems and you got an awesome unique game.

### 3/5 — Fun but limited

*2014-06-04*

A great idea but not much replay ability sadly. Still very creepy and great audio.

### 2/5 — Needs voice over

*2014-04-12, version 1.2*

Please consider voice over for this game. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Grats

*2013-10-14*

At least you tried something new.

### 3/5 — Nice concept; Needs polish

*2013-10-13, version 1.2*

The touch controls were a welcome addition on the iPad; however, the game would do best with a virtual joystick that appears wherever you touch so you don't have to look down. The game is good but it needs a little bit of polish. Sounds could loop a little more smoothly (police car on lvl 1 and ambient sound while the narrator speaks are the prime examples). The sudden stopping and starting over of the sound loop keeps me from being fully submersed into the experience. It seems the rumble control is missing from my iPad 4. It's just minor details that keep this from being a really good game.

### 1/5 — What is this?

*2020-09-16, version 1.5*

This game is so confusing you can't even see where you're walking so there's no way to tell where you're going..don't waste your time on it.

### 1/5 — No updates since 2014!

*2016-09-14, version 1.3*

Really!
With the negative reviews you would really think that Pixel Heart would make improvements. Since 2014 there have been no action taken by this company to acknowledge this broken game.
The game lacks any substantial playability. You hear a siren in the background and what appears to be a menu screen with a picture of a knife and health bar.
You are left with a dark screen and no game guidance or intuitive controls.
At least show a map so one knows if they are walking or bumping into a wall! Footsteps are the only indication that you are walking or blindly stumbling into a dead end.
I walked for quite some time and ....well..... Just got bored of this game. With no graphics and no map, one can clearly discern that all attempts have been made to produce a cheap game with no real foresight 😉

### 1/5 — ???

*2015-08-07*

I didn't know what I was doing and I was waiting for something to happen but it didn't :(

### 1/5 — Unresponsive

*2015-07-25*

I feel sorry for the developers. I know that they must had a good idea but the implantation is terrible. So I tap on the screen but I get only one sound response for each 5 taps or so don't feel like I can go anywhere. That makes the game feel so sluggish.

### 1/5 — I hate this game

*2015-02-15, version 1.3*

It is bad I thought it was the one that a bird man is chasing you in the sewers not this bullshi* make another game that has the bird man in the sewers and add seeing in it

### 1/5 — No Bueno

*2015-02-09, version 1.3*

I was excited because of the concept being so unique and cool. I got my studio head phones on and clicked into it and after beating the first level got to another level and it was just the same thing. How long could that possibly be fun or scary for?

### 1/5 — Awful

*2014-12-22, version 1.3*

Only thing tht shows up is a knife this is not like the game pewdiepie played

### 1/5 — Needs voiceover support

*2014-02-01, version 1.2*

When I first saw this game, I was really really happy. I thought, "oh, how cool! They finally have another audio game for the blinds to play! "I was wrong. Each time I tapped, after I turned off voice over, all I heard was the loop of music played over and over and over. Finally, I must've tapped in the right place. For then, The game started to play. I don't know, I guess I'm just really disappointed. I thought this would be a really cool audio game for the blind. I was searching for audio games for iOS, assuming that it would know that this would be for the blind. I mean, not to say, that the cited wouldn't enjoy it too. I'm not saying that it all. I just thought, since it was an audio game, that blind people would be able to play it too.

### 1/5 — Don't waste your money!

*2013-10-31*

This game is so bad! I thought the concept was very clever, then when I actually got to play the game I was so disappointed .

### 1/5 — Nothing happens..

*2013-10-04*

The concept of it is great however nothing has actually happened yet..

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Hidden Gem

*2024-07-26*

This game is truly one of the best for a mobile app. The gameplay is simple but it’s still quite fun. The only issue is that the there’s little graphics to see, most of the stuff comes from you’re IMAGINATION. Also don’t forget to use headphones when playing this game.

### 5/5 — Great!but needs update to be playable again.

*2018-07-01, version 1.3*

Please update

### 5/5 — Love it!!!

*2017-08-08, version 1.3*

It's kinda hard but who doesn't like a challenge, I like how you have to try to figure everything out, and I love the idea of only using sounds, but instead of saying close your eyes, I think you should have just a pitch black screen, with a vague hints on with direction your pointing, like idk a white mist at the bottom that changes on which way you move, but hey you don't have to or anything it's still great, other than that I love it! XD

### 5/5 — Ingeniously petrifying

*2015-07-12, version 1.3*

I must have more!
This had me standing turning around and around stabbing at the air with my phone. Loved it!

### 5/5 — Good but ...

*2015-05-08, version 1.3*

I love this but make it a real game ...you know because it gets boring like you could be a character but you only have a flash light with battery that gets used up over time and you find thing all over the city that help you. Thanks for reading this love the game 😄😃😀😊 please think about my ideas . Thank you

### 5/5 — Want more

*2015-05-05, version 1.3*

I played this quite a bit and was really getting into it, I had leveled up quite a bit and each monster had a different way of killing it, I just wish there was more content pleaseeeee Make more, man that centipede sends chills through me if you are really playing the game as intended eyes closed and only headphones, not to hard if you give it a real chance, thanks for the great game :)

### 5/5 — Scary

*2015-04-30, version 1.3*

This game is scary. And when u do u will die

### 5/5 — Wow

*2015-02-07*

I'd never have thought that a game could be made without any image on the screen of where you're going. Nor would I have thought that it could freak me out as much as it did. This is extremely well-made, and an amazing experience that you'd have never thought would occur without any visuals.

### 5/5 — Very interesting game!

*2014-12-11, version 1.3*

It takes some time to get the hang of it. But when you do, it proves to be a very interesting game.

### 5/5 — Excellent game

*2014-11-02, version 1.3*

This is an amazing game right here it makes my imagination go far from wat i cant see....
