I had a terrible experience with Vanity Wagon. Their service is extremely poor, and I found it to be the worst platform I’ve ever used. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have been waiting over three months for a refund, and there has been little to no communication from their team.

Their customer service is frustratingly slow and unresponsive. I would strongly advise against using this platform if you value your time and money. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for better service.

Ordered of almost 5k but received only one product when doing mail even in that also they are not replying. U need to sit and wait for the order whether it takes 1 month. Macrons was better in service atleast they reply ur mail but here nothing. Neither u will get reply on time.
