Vanta Tires is the daily operating console for tire-shop teams. It is a private, login-gated tool for the staff of participating tire shops — owners, managers, sales reps, and shop technicians — not a consumer app. A login from your shop is required to use it. WHAT YOUR CREW DOES WITH IT Photo-proof tasks Capture before/after proof photos of completed work with the device camera. Each submission is geotagged at the moment of capture so managers can confirm the job was done on-site, then approved to award points. GPS time clock Clock in and out from the floor. Each punch records your location so managers can see who is on-site, with a live "team today" roster. Daily training ("Brain") A built-in assistant trained on your shop's sales and service playbooks. Ask a question by text or voice, or snap a photo of a worn tire or a POS error and get an answer. A short daily training module keeps skills sharp and builds a streak. Numbers and coaching Sales reps see their day, month-to-date progress, and team rank. Owners and managers see store-wide totals. Personalized coaching draws on each person's end-of-day results. Points, rewards, and recognition Earn points for verified tasks, training, and logged sales. Redeem them in the rewards store, climb the 30-day leaderboard, compete in team contests, and send peer kudos. Schedules, time off, and contacts Weekly schedule, PTO requests and approvals, and a directory of vendor and emergency contacts. English and Spanish throughout. Push notifications deliver daily nudges and task updates. Built to keep working on weak shop signal, with offline handling and a retry screen. ACCESS Vanta Tires requires an account provisioned by your shop.
