## What is Vanta HealthOS?

Vanta OS is your personal health concierge. It builds a living picture of your body from the data you already have, then turns it into one clear daily plan.

CONNECT WHAT YOU ALREADY TRACK
Grant read access to Apple Health and Vanta uses your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, activity, and workouts to understand how you are trending. Upload lab reports as a photo or PDF and Vanta extracts your biomarker values automatically.

YOUR MARROW SCORE
A single wellness score that reflects how your recovery, activity, and biomarkers are moving together. The methodology behind the score is fully explained inside the app. It is a wellness insight, not a medical measurement.

A PROTOCOL, NOT A LECTURE
Every day Vanta gives you a short, specific action plan: what to eat, when to move, what to take from your existing supplement stack, and when to wind down. The plan adapts as your data changes.

ASK ANYTHING
Chat with the Vanta assistant about your data, your meals, your training, or your results. It answers with your context, and it will remind you to speak to a doctor before making medical decisions.

LOG MEALS IN SECONDS
Photograph a meal and Vanta estimates the nutrition for you. No barcode hunting, no manual macro math.

BUILT PRIVATE
Sign in with Apple, with the option to hide your email. Your health data is used only to power your experience: never sold, never shared with advertisers, never used for marketing. Delete your account and all data any time from Settings. We contractually prohibit our AI providers from training on your data.

MEMBERSHIP
Vanta OS requires a Vanta Membership subscription, available monthly or annual, billed through your Apple ID and manageable in Settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
