With the updated app the credit card and LOC payments are not immediate. I'm not sure why that changed. There customer call center is sensitive, customer friendly, efficient and knowledable. ### 5/5 — It’s convenient and fast *2024-11-01, version 4.2.1* This app is convenient and fast. ### 5/5 — Good app needs to easier to navigate *2024-11-01, version 4.2.1* I really enjoy the app, the issue I have is not being able to navigate efficiently, say for instance finding the turn off your card option you would think it would appear on the main page , it’s hard to find , and also I’ve noticed it’s difficult for me to find where to pay my car note with a credit card , that’s about all that I have problems with , I have to keep searching and scrolling for something that should simply be right in front of my eyes or just have an options tab to make it simpler to find how to pay my car loan. In this high tech world of online banking, I experienced a Bill Pay incident that involved cross services of Vantage CU and another financial institution. The issue took three months to resolve but team Lindbergh persisted throughout the process. Hats off to Lori Bramstedt, Assistant Branch Manager and her staff who persisted until the issue was resolved. ### 4/5 — All great… but one task. *2023-09-22, version 4.0.0* I set up to be able to transfer money to another bank for family ease. App is useless to me now. ### 1/5 — Criminal organization *2025-10-03, version 4.3.1* If you miss a payment, they disable your ability to make a payment. What kind of idiot organization does that??? ### 1/5 — Security risk *2025-08-10, version 4.3.1* MFA is broken. If you attempt to change anything, you get a notification that a passcode has been sent to your device. However, no code is sent. Unless you get a screen to send a code, none is sent, but it still counts toward your count limit. As a result, you can never be sure of MFA (multi-factor authentication), which causes a security risk. ### 1/5 — False advertising *2025-06-02, version 4.3.1* Has no mobile deposit function, despite what the details say. I have checks I can’t deposit until I’m at a Vantage ATM.
