Didn't go to the gym but kept a disciplined attitude using the app and completed its task and I reduced 7 kilos. First of all, every time I import my workout into the app, it does not reflect properly on the calories burnt, active time, etc. Other than that, I paused my workout once and then continued, the app cannot import the activity. The app only shows a generic error message so I had to reach out to customer support. The person asked me to provide screenshots on every data associated with the activity, including my location. They did not share the reason why they need that data. And after I provided everything, they came back a day after saying it’s because I paused my workout and they can’t help add my workout… Why is the support team asking for excessive information and still being unhelpful? I deleted the app once the challenge finished ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2025-12-17, version 1.8.3* Initially fun to use ,but No warning when our companies contract was expiring and no warning to cash out our points awarded. Hard to use. Barely any items in the library. It’s hard to add new foods. No decimal places and can’t change size of portion. Don’t bother installing this app, it’ll only bring you frustration. Even going back to previous day it showed 8 glasses but it wasn’t recorded for the challenge. Reached out to customer support and they fought me on it, saying they only saw 7. I checked again and could still see 8. Tried a fix that a coworker who also saw the same bug (multiple coworkers saw the bug actually) tried and deleted a glass and then added it back. That fixed it. I let my company know this app is buggy and their customer service leaves something to be desired.
