App is a great touch, the restaurant is 10/10 and the service is 11/10. Customer service is kind and while ironing out initial glitches they fixed it within the same day and it’s a no brainer to dine here alongside this app. Recommend!

It won’t accept my mobile number

**Developer response:** Hi there! We are sorry to hear you are having some issues joining Vapiano Rewards. Phone numbers must be entered with country code in order to be accepted. For example, if you type your number in the below format, it should allow you to create an account.

This was our second visit and in both cases staff was unable to give in app points for our purchase. They took our names and number in both cases, but we never got any points.

We were taking our order with stuff not QR.

**Developer response:** Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear you never received points for your order. At the moment, our POS system doesn’t automatically connect with our loyalty system. So to receive points instantly, orders do need to be placed through the QR code on the table. For orders placed with a team member, points can be added manually afterward, and it looks like this didn’t happen on this occasion. We appreciate you letting us know and have shared the feedback internally to help tighten the process moving forward. Received a text message to let me know about the new app. Go to download it and it won’t load. Just gives me the option of reload or close.

Have removed the app and re-downloaded it and still nothing.
