As others have said, this app is clunky, slow, and illogical.  The first step:

SACK THE APP DEVELOPER!

Alternatively, it could be Vapiano themselves in how they wanted it designed.

If you pick a plant-based option, it quite stupidly brings up a list of additions that include chicken, beef, and milk-based items.  If you're not careful, this can lead to someone getting quite a surprise in their plant-based dish.  It's possible that non plant-based people order a plant-based dish, and want a few meat or dairy additions, but it's unlikely.

Simple things are made difficult on this app, and it's seriously falling behind the competition.  Instead of fake, flashy pics of happy eaters, make the app work.

As for the restaurants, they are starting to go downhill unfortunately.  Staff who don't seem to care, no little touches like basil on top of your pasta, extra for a tiny slice of bread on the side, no table lights lit at night, and dishes that have shrunk or look cheap.  Bruschetta used to be lovely at Vapiano, whatever the location.  No it's dry, hard bread, with little olive oil or flavour every time.

Also, paying via the app itself is flawed.  I know we had a pandemic, but that's done.  What was great was the queue for your chef, and actually watching them make it.  Is that too hard for people to do now, queue?

Seriously, bring back the uniqueness, or end up like the other backsliding restaurant chains in a race to the bottom.

I ordered 80 pound order from tower bridge and I got marking letter saying 50% off your next order. I took my time and effort to sing up but there is no way how I can get this 50%.
