Horrible, esta aplicación constantemente abre y dice que el balance no está disponible. Si tienes una emergencia o necesitas transferir no puedes.

This has to be the worst designed bank app that exists. I constantly get a message saying “you have no transactions for the relevant period”, making me login various times until I can finally see the information on my accounts. I have no issues with any of my other bank apps. I would have given it a 0, but that is not an option.

Definitely it can work better. Constantly doesn’t recognize the username or password, the tool to forgot password requires to call to the headquarters, also the upgrade now is available and it doesn’t let you proceed to the app upgrade or keep on using the later version. I always ende calling to the headquarters. Disappointing.
