Signing in is only needed to apply. • Privacy fix: choosing "skip for now" during setup no longer publishes your profile to the employer directory. It stays hidden until you turn visibility on yourself. • Overnight shifts can be posted. Shifts crossing midnight (e.g. 18:00–02:00) are stored correctly and clearly marked as "next day" in the listing. • The job title field no longer says "optional" — it never was. It now says up front that it is required to publish. • A start date in the past, or hourly pay below the statutory minimum wage, is flagged on the step that owns it instead of at the very end. • Turkish and English readers are no longer shown German text that looked like a translation. • Public profile consent now lists every published field individually, explains search engine visibility, and what happens when you switch it off. • Reporting a listing now tells you who receives the report, what to do in an emergency, and what happens next. • The apply sheet is tidier, and after applying you learn where your application went and how a reply will reach you.
