## What is Vardzo?

Find long-term rental apartments in Yerevan with Vardzo. Browse published homes, compare monthly rent, and contact the owner, agency, or intermediary for the property you choose.

FIND YOUR NEXT HOME
• Browse apartments across Yerevan’s 12 districts
• Filter by district, number of rooms, budget, furnishing, pets, and direct-owner listings
• View monthly prices in AMD, photos, rental terms, and approximate map locations
• See the contact details supplied for each property when the advertiser has authorized public display

CLEAR LISTING INFORMATION
Publication and independent verification are separate. A published listing is not automatically independently verified. When an independent verification is recorded, the app shows it. Confirm current availability and rental terms with the property’s contact before making arrangements. Map positions are approximate.

RENTAL REQUESTS AND MESSAGING
Create a rental request, save searches, and use in-app conversations. Report a listing or conversation, and block a user from the conversation menu.

FOUR LANGUAGES
Use Vardzo in English, Russian, Armenian, or Persian, including right-to-left Persian layouts.

Vardzo Premium is available through an optional Apple in-app subscription. Core browsing and listing details do not require signing in.
