## What is Varsly?

Varsly is a social platform built for current and former athletes.

Connect with real teammates, build out your athletic history, compete with friends, and create a profile that actually feels like your sports identity.
Whether you’re still playing, recently finished, or just want to stay connected to the people you competed with, Varsly gives you a place to keep that part of your life alive.

Inside Varsly, you can:
- Connect with real teammates and see posts from people you actually played with.
- Post in the Clubhouse and talk sports with your community.
- Build your athlete profile with your teams, schools, playing history, position, coaching experience, and more.
- Customize your player card to represent who you are as an athlete.
- Vote on other players’ cards and see how the community views them.
- Host leagues with your teammates and compete through games, picks, trivia, and challenges.
- Test your ball knowledge and keep climbing through competitive features.
- Look back on your career through your profile, teammates, and shared sports memories.

Varsly is designed to bring the locker room, the team group chat, your playing history, and your athlete identity into one place.
Your career doesn’t disappear when the season ends.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-10-07

What's New

Clubhouse is anonymous again. Build your own Clubhouse identity, name, photo, banner, and bio, completely separate from your real profile. Post to your team or everyone, and nobody can trace it back to you.
New Player Cards & Clubhouse Cards. Customize your card's title, border, and info, then level it up as your Ball Knowledge grows.
Ball Knowledge voting. Swipe through other players' cards and vote "Ball Knower" or not, earn XP for voting, and for getting voted a Ball Knower yourself.
A smarter, simpler main feed. Home and Clubhouse each now show one combined feed that boosts posts from your teammates and school, instead of switching between tabs.
Refreshed look for Varsly Games, leagues, Picks, Gym, and the rest now matches the app's overall design.
General UI polish and bug fixes.
New: A quick tour. First-time (and returning) users get a short walkthrough of Home and Clubhouse so nothing's a mystery.
