Never lets me log in even though the username and password are used on other Volvo devices daily, sort it out

Worst app ever, can never log in due to supposed incorrect details although they are the same credentials used daily on all Volvo sites! 
Come on VAS - Get it right please

This App does not work.
Installed on 3 different devices, logs in and recognises my name but all I get is a blank screen with Welcome written at the top.

would be good to have a find my location on the map to see where you are in relation to the breakdown to plan the quickest route

Unable to update ETC time using drop down menu. However have been able to until recently. Only allows to choose the date, the only option for time is 00:00. Forced to select next day at midnight as opposed to same day at specific time. 

Unable to open/view certain file types in attachments tab.

Often receive double notifications for one single item (new EAT requests etc)
