I dislike I can’t change my child name in the app and now it wouldn’t show me the classes I have scheduled in the week calendar spot. So I have to physical go to to the class and make sure I didn’t get kicked out out of the class. It’s also not allowing you to pick a spot in class and just enroll you. So you have to cancel and rebook to be able to pick a spot. ### 2/5 — Can Submit new billing info *2026-07-24, version 7.2.42* Not sure what is going on, but I can update the billing info within the app. I put all the info in correctly, but the submit button stays grayed out and can’t be clicked on. ### 2/5 — Class search *2026-07-24, version 7.2.42* It would be great to have the ability to search for a class name rather than only by location. Since different locations in my area offer different classes, it would saves lot of time if I could enter the class I’m looking for and instantly see the locations, the dates and the times the classes are offered. This would be much better than scrolling each day at each individual location . ### 1/5 — Frustrating billing! *2026-07-22, version 7.2.41* I’ve had some gym memberships with annoying fine print but Vasa’s has taken the cake. Their actual facilities are pretty solid but the fees and cancellation policy seems intentionally annoying and long for anyone just needing a short membership for a few months. Not to mention a “fee “ to lock in a yearly price is laughable. A good choice for a gym that you want to go to for a year or more but anything less just is not worth the trouble ### 3/5 — It’s good but needs improvement on the schedule *2026-07-22, version 7.2.41* It’s awesome that we get to schedule kidcare and classes online but the feature is very limited. Now I can cancel only one of my children on kidcare, but I still can’t change the schedule time. When I’m scheduled for a certain time the app doesn’t show me the other available times on the same day and it doesn’t have a “reschedule” option, so if I want to reschedule something I have to cancel the appointment I have in order to see if there is another time available, and when I do it I usually loose the appointment I had and can’t schedule it again. It is not a self service app. I were you I would quit advertising that everywhere as well as on the hold message when people wait on hold for an hour to talk to a poorly trained customer service representative. Also, when you’re told that a “manager” will call you back within 24 hours and they never happens I am surprised anyone even goes here with so many other options cheaper,better, and right next to it location wise. ### 1/5 — Vasa Sucks!!! *2026-08-02, version 7.2.42* There are multiple things wrong with the App. It doesn’t let you make payments to your account. It blocks you from features in the account even when you have studio red. The last thing if you make any changes including to billing information the app doesn’t deliver the information to Paramount Holdings which is the parents Company of Vasa. Stay far away from this company and don’t make any additional commitments within the app as well. ### 1/5 — Registration Error *2026-07-29, version 7.2.42* During the process of becoming a member and attempting to register my account in the app I made an errant entry for the registration key. It seemed to lock my account, the onsite staff couldn’t resolve the issue, and I’ve spent 4 days emailing the online support team. My problem still exists, I can’t use the app at all. Everything in the gym requires use of the app because physical cards aren’t issued. The level of disappointment with the app and displeasure with the resolution measures is immeasurable. ### 1/5 — Bug squasher stop squashing *2026-07-28, version 7.2.42* App doesn’t load again which means no shoulder squashing in a massage lounge today. I only wanted to go there for a month and cancel the membership but they made me pay $25 for a cancellation??? I was alright with it like, I guess… Then they throw some stupid shi like “oh. You got extra fees you have to pay!!🥺🥺” I was. Like. “Oh. Okay. How much can it be” guess what. It was like $105. I only stayed for 3 months. I paid for the basic $15 membership. I’m ending it all. That was my whole paycheck. I can’t eat for a month. I have to save up the 5 packs of ramen I have left. Maybe I’m a lazy bum and don’t know anything about a gym membership but I don’t think I would have to pay $130 for 3 months. I’m so sad. I cry myself to sleep every night because of this. I starve for 3 and a half days and eat half a packet of ramen to survive. I’m so hungry. My hatred is growing by the minute. I’m over exaggerating. But it was my whole paycheck. I’m so broke.
