## What is Vastgoed services?

With Vastgoed Services, tenants of homes, shops, offices and commercial spaces can quickly and easily submit a repair request / report.

Via a selection menu you can pass on a repair with additional explanation and a number of photos.

In a Notifications overview, as a tenant, you can periodically consult status updates of the notifications and, if the repair has been canceled by one of the engaged suppliers, give an assessment of the service provided.


## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5 — 2025-04-25

1. Detail photo is now also shown when called multiple times.
2. The notification overview is now shown immediately and not after a page refresh.
3. Displays a message if the connection to the back-office server cannot be established.
4.Photo uploads are resized to a maximum height/width of 1000px.

### 1.4 — 2023-08-02

We are continuously working on improving the Vastgoed Services app. In this release we have further optimized the app:
It is now possible:
• to change your password in the app via Menu > Account > Change password.
• to delete your account in the app via Menu > Account > Delete account.
• for a tenant to register with a telephone number of max 15 digits.
We have also fixed several bugs.

### 1.3 — 2022-05-19

In this release, we have further derived the app:
- Notification filtering is now working properly.
- The status of a notification in the Notifications screen is now fully displayed.

### 1.2 — 2022-01-25

We are continuously working to optimize the Vastgoed Services app. This version includes the following fixes:
- The registration process has been simplified
- The button for a new Repair request is no longer visible at Calamity
- Various bug fixes.

Remove spaces in the login screen
Only show executor data with order status
