Vastion draagt zorg voor kwalitatief goed beheer op zowel bestuurs als technisch niveau zodat eigenaren zich bezig kunnen houden met datgene waarvoor zij een appartementsrecht hebben gekocht: prettig wonen met de zekerheid dat financiën en onderhoud in VvE-verband adequaat worden bijgehouden. Het beheer wordt uitgevoerd op basis van betrokkenheid en nauwe samenwerking met de voorzitter, dan wel het bestuur en de technische commissie en of kas commissie.
