I’ve travelled to many different urban areas in Europe and confidently say this is the best one I’ve used. Easily the best designed and most user-friendly. You will never struggle to figure anything out because the app does it for you. Visually pleasing, efficient, and accurate. What more could you want!

So much to be said, the app is easy enough to use and buy tickets. But as a foreigner who visits frequently I can’t even create an account? So I have to constantly reload card details and can’t even access discounts that users can get because I don’t have a personal number in sweden. The prices are also a little insane for a 15 min trip away from gothenburg.

App hängt. Man kann mit Kreditkarte zahlen. Rabatt nach vier Ticketkäufen gibt es aber nur mit einem Account. Für einen Account braucht man eine Personnummer. Fair ist das nicht.

Ich finde die App sehr gelungen und die Angebote und die Zahlungsmöglichkeiten auch. die Suche zwischen den einzelnen Stationen mit den Etappen zwischendrin ist hervorragend gemacht und hat eine super Usability. Da kann man mal sehen, was in Skandinavien alles möglich ist  - ich würde mir so etwas für meine Heimatstadt in Deutschland auch wünschen.

The fact that the app indicates it can accept Visa and Mastercard but does not actually process makes the app useless for tourist.

Totally confusing if you travel with kids. Shows there is somewhere an offer where kids travel for free. Impossible to find. If you finally decide on the ticket you find out Apple Pay is not supported and credit card infos are needed. We took the car. Big question also why there are no family tickets? Travelling with kids is this way very expensive and it is still cheaper to pay the high parking fees of Goteburg.

### 1/5 — Why do you discriminate non-Swedes?

I tried to buy a day pass but it only accept payments that Swedes have access to. Swishpay requires a Swedish telephone number and Visa pay requires an account with Swedbank. Some offers are only available in the app hence, you discriminate me by charging me more. Your stores couldn’t help me at all either. Very bad service.

Ticket booked and money away.. I don't have Swedish personal id App SJ is 1000 times better
Ich habe einen Ticket gebucht und das Geld wurde zweimal abgebucht. Die beiden Tickets, die ich bekommen habe haben andere Datum als ich eingegeben habe .. ich habe mit Kundenservice gechattet und eine Gutscheinnummer bekommen, könnte ich aber nicht einlösen da ich mich anmelden muss und für die Anmeldung braucht man schwedische personal id .. wofür braucht ihr personal id für eine busfahrt.. Geld ist weg :(

As a visitor to Sweden, I found this app a lifesaver. You can plan your trips and buy tickets, and it shows you exactly how long is left on your ticket each time. The trip planner is brilliant as it shows you exactly where to go – including the platform numbers, which Google Maps doesn't do!
