ASSET TRACKING
- Every asset gets a unique QR code or barcode you print and stick on the item.
- Scan with your phone's camera to instantly pull up the full record: photos, location, assignment, value, and history.
- Group similar items so your team can sample-scan and audit faster.

QR & BARCODE SCANNING
- Built-in scanner with auto-focus and offline queueing.
- Works in poor lighting and at distance.
- Falls back to manual code entry when stickers are damaged.

PHYSICAL AUDITS
- Scope an audit to specific sites, locations, or departments.
- Real-time progress: scanned vs unscanned vs missing.
- Per-category breakdown so you can see exactly where the gaps are.
- Group scan: tap one item and mark all 50 in the group as found.

ACCURATE VALUATION
- Track purchase price and book value side by side.
- Import a depreciation schedule from your fixed-asset register.
