Support will ghost you. Stay away. ### 1/5 — Trouble *2022-01-18, version 2.5.6* I’m having trouble adding my bank or card so I can add funds ### 1/5 — Vauld withholding my assets *2022-01-11, version 2.5.4* Twice in one week, vauld won’t let me remove collateral or close my loans. I have $13 dollars to pay with $4800 as a collateral but vauld won’t let me withdraw my assets from their platform. Their customer service is slow and tech team is one of the worst I’ve seen in the industry. They basically just steal your money. Do NOT use this app. ### 1/5 — Cannot transfer amount from/to bank account directly *2021-12-31, version 2.5.3* Why you suddenly change the transfer process to mobikiwik if i transfer money through mobikiwk they charge more then 6% thank god am thinking to invest 1 lakh now i change my decision **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience! I deposited assets and now I can’t get them out! This is a sham! Beware! ### 2/5 — Buggy, doesn’t work. *2021-11-21, version 2.4.6.2* I will admit they do have people respond to you very quickly. But I cannot get the app to work. It will not allow me to finish my security features. It would allow me to set up my verifications. I reinstalled it twice and updated my operating system twice. Still doesn’t work. Still doesn’t let me complete my sign up. If it’s buggy, I’m worried about putting my crypto on there and losing it. The people I spoke with said that they were having some issues with iPhones, but heard nothing since. Three weeks trying to get signed up is ridiculous. Never had problems like this with my Nexo account, my Bitrue account, my Coinbase account or my Uphold account. You cannot buy or able to add your account. You can only transfer your fund from different wallets which your loss Pay huge fees everywhere ### 1/5 — App Stops working when they update features *2021-06-05, version 2.1.8* Beware that when this company updates its apps you will be without money for 2-3 days they say. I have done everything via my phone to get access to my account. Fees for removing your money are super high. You can reach out to us on our support chat and we will be more than happy to help you :) ### 1/5 — New Users Be aware *2021-06-02, version 2.1.6* One day your account will be their and one day poof it’s gone your email is does not exist s and your password does not exists all I can say thank God I did not invest a lot. However, be very careful I would recommend invest very small to see how everything will play out which I did and I’m thankful I took that step because it saved me in $$$ investments. I don’t know what happened to my account but it seems to no longer exists unless someone in your company trying to take advantage my information. Of course good luck of doing so. Beware! *2022-08-02, version 2.7.1* Beware! This platform cost me $50,000 after failed transactions. Lawsuits will be filed. You can’t recover from this level of recklessness. ### 1/5 — Unable to withdraw funds *2022-07-07, version 2.7.1* Would be nice if my funds weren’t stolen by Vauld. We will see how this plays out ### 1/5 — Customer service/use of site: *2022-07-05, version 2.7.1* The customer service is terrible. The site is shady. After you are verified they will make you verify all over again when it’s convenient to shut you down from withdrawing. Do not use it for earn, your crypto is NOT safe here. The site shut down all transactions a couple days ago, most likely going bankrupt. ### 1/5 — Just rugpulled, stole $500 million or more *2022-07-04, version 2.7.1* I’m sure a flood of similar reviews will land shortly. But, as of July 4, 2022, Vauld has stopped allowing customers to remove money, and has seemingly entered bankruptcy. So they’ve stolen hundreds of millions of dollars from users, and will give OUR money to creditors and owners instead of rightfully giving back to us. I’ve lost $44,000 to this scam. ### 1/5 — Terrible app! Use at your own risk! *2022-05-23, version 2.6.8* I’ve reviewed this app before and still nothing has changed. They have over $10,000 of mine I used for a collateralized loan and the app will not let me liquidate some of it in order for me to regain ownership of my money. It’s been over a month with the same issue. I repeat learn from my mistake don’t use this app please. Chat bots/Agents with bad English and unprofessional behaviour *2022-01-31, version 2.5.7* Agent or bots not sure what it is have a really bad way of asking what the issue is and even when I told them the issue they keep asking for screenshots (which was provided) then they go on a sabbatical for a week and contact us again if they’ve resolved the issue. Such a ballsy attitude. Also, they lack methods to deposit money. I contacted the customer delight team and they raised the ticket. They told me that wait for one month. I did but I didn’t received my coins. I tried to contact the delight team, they have seen my messages but they didn’t reply. I tried contacting the customer delight team several time but they didn’t reply. It’s been 5 months and I haven’t heard from them. This is very unprofessional behavior. I put a little money into the app to see how everything would work…one day I tried to make a withdrawal and it would not let me take my money out! I contacted support and someone responded saying they would update me…nothing! Then 2 days later I can’t sign in and my account has been deactivated! Support responds but only with “keep the patience”. It has been 3 weeks! I just wish everything (well not literally every coin) didn’t have to be bridged to BEP20, then sent over. It’s kind of frustrating. Can this be changed? I just hope it at least makes withdraws cheaper, but DOT and NEAR aren’t expensive chains to conduct transactions on. I don’t know…I personally don’t trust all my crypto to be on this app, but I don’t see another place where you can earn yield in Xrp! ### 4/5 — Impressed so far *2022-02-07, version 2.5.7* I deposited BTC, the deposit was successful. Will see if they pay interest in a little over a week after deposit of BTC. I have experience with other crypto exchanges and I’m skeptical of the negative reviews from people who may be very new to crypto. If they use vague terminology like the word money without specifying which ERC20 token specifically is more then likely a novice or first time experience. I see my favorite YouTube guy trust VAULD and shows hit BTC. So I have tried vauld myself and I like it better than Binance exchange and other L1’s. We are happy to help :) ### 2/5 — Terrible customer service *2022-03-05, version 2.6.1.1* I was referred to Vauld and was supposed to receive a 2.5% interest bonus and 20% discount on my trades for life. When I asked customer service about this, I received incredibly slow responses over the course of days and it was clear the agent didn’t read my question as they kept repeating information which didn’t apply to my question. This is on top of the agent using terribly broken English.
