This Vault Inventory Tracker is a private inventory for safe deposit boxes, home safes, vaults and any other protected storage. Keep a clear, photo-backed record of what is stored, what it is worth and which proof belongs to each item - ready before you need it.

Built for insurance claims, estate planning, family handovers and personal peace of mind, the app keeps your documentation organised before you need it.

Document every safe and storage location
Create separate records for bank safe deposit boxes, home safes, vaults or any other location. Save provider, address, locker number, notes and photos of each safe and its current state.

Catalogue every valuable
Add cash, gold, silver, jewelry, watches, important documents, data storage, crypto records, electronics, art, antiques, collectibles and other belongings. Estimated value, purchase date, serial number, category, description, photos and receipts stay attached to each item.

Keep history traceable
Mark items as stored or checked out, log access protocols with notes and photos for each visit, and review a complete activity history so later changes are easy to follow.

Export proof when it matters
Generate detailed PDF reports for one safe or your entire collection. Include item photos, protocol photos, attached documents and the activity history, then share the report or send it by email. Optional password protection helps secure exported PDFs.
