I’m in America and it won’t let me delete australia’s 61 international country phone code so that I can get a verification code so that I can actually log into my account so that I can add it to my Apple Pay. The app doesn’t send SMS verification codes so I can’t login. If offers a bypass option but when you click that it tells you that the code is invalid. First thing Monday morning I’m calling the company and yelling. Didn’t ask for additional information and very straight forward to add to wallet. The experience was fast and easy (because the app pre-populates the fields from your phone and sim info). Didn’t allow me to review or confirm the personal details before proceeding to show me the terms and conditions. Couldn’t go back to check either. This would mean you cannot redeem except on the phone that you got the text to. I don’t want to have to download an app to do this.
