## What is VaultReel?

VaultReel turns a camera roll full of loose clips into finished video timelines - fast.

Point VaultReel at your videos and it groups them into suggested timelines by event and orientation, so a day out or an afternoon of clips becomes one ready-to-edit reel. Open any timeline in the built-in editor to arrange, trim, cut, rotate and set the playback speed of each clip, then export a single polished video.

Everything happens on your device. VaultReel analyses and edits your videos entirely on your iPhone - nothing is uploaded, and there are no accounts to create.

Every video tile now shows its length clearly — in the Add videos grid, the reel list and the timeline — so you can pick clips by duration at a glance.

### 1.12 — 2026-09-06

Reels you export now play cleanly everywhere, including YouTube: joined clips share one audio stream, every cut lands on a clean keyframe, and mixed-format clips are matched before joining. One overall progress bar shows the real progress of the whole merge.

### 1.11 — 2026-08-18

Updated privacy policy and terms of use, with a short first-launch summary of the key points. Minor improvements.

### 1.10 — 2026-08-04

VaultReel now runs beautifully on iPad — a studio layout with your reels in a sidebar and a full-width editor beside them, in any orientation.

Also in this update:
• Rename any reel by long-pressing it in the list — no need to open it
• Your own timelines now appear at the top of the reels list, newest first
• The reel name field stays visible while you type
• Small fixes and polish

Full-width editor preview, live frame preview while trimming, restore trimmed footage by dragging, and faster, more reliable exports.
