약속을 절대로 지키지 않는 회사이다.
고객은 고가의 가구를 오직 바우트를 신뢰하며 구매버튼을 누른다.
그러나 바우트는 고객의 이런 마음을 악용하며 반드시 한두번 이상  약속된 기한을 어긴다,가 아니라 원래부터 지키려는 의지가 없어 보인다.
무조건 바우트는 중간 매개체로서의 역활만을 강조하며,가구 브랜드 회사로 책임을 떠넘기며 사소한 작은 서랍도 일년이 넘도록 만들어지지 않았는다는 너무 쉬운 핑계로 넘겨버린다.
만드는 공정이 까다롭다면 어느정도 이해하겠지만,늘 같은 핑계로 고객을 기만한다.바우트에서 한번 이상 주문한 고객이라면 모두가 알 수 있다.
바우트의 기만과 뻔뻔함을!

저렴한 가격이라 구매시 사이트에서 제시한 기간을 믿었디간 낭패봄. 6월초 구매했고 12월 예상 배송기간 써있는데 문자 하나 보내서 현지 사정 탓하며 예상 배송일을 알 수 없다고 함. 이런 무책임한 회사가 전자상거래 서비스를 어떻게 제공하는지 모르겠음. 환불요구하면 고객 선택 운운하며 배째라는 식의 태도로 나옴. 최악.

회사가 큰회사가 아닌거 같다. CS가 엉망이다. 최소한 명시한 배송기간 보다 늦어지면 정확한 정보와 대책이 있어야 하는디 핑계핑계… 1번 이상 지연되는 것은 감안해야한다. 카드 결제하면 저 업체는 무이자로 몇개월 꽁돈 쓰는거 밖에 안됨. 물건을 모아사 컨테이너로 뜨는건지.. 잔대가리는 굴려서 문제 생기면 다 구매한 사람 책임이다.
