I set this up and it doesn’t allow you to delete your account. So they keep your banking information, address and cell number. What kind of app doesn’t allow you to delete your account unless it’s a scam to steal from you.

No way to cancel a mistakenly booked trip in the app.  You have to text them.  And their customer support is pretty subpar.  Especially for the prices.  Use a black Uber service or something instead.

I love this this service and highly recommend it! Always ride in comfort and style, with a driver who knows your specific wants/needs. The vaya app is my preferred way to communicate with my personal concierge.
