## What is VB24 Mobile?

VB24 offers you:
•	Biometrics - client authentication in the EMV 3DS transaction through biometric access or quick code
•	Online transfer (T2A) for receiving online transfers directly to your account or bank card – from June 2021
•	Open online deposit - accounts in MDL, EUR and USD, refill and partial withdrawal of money – from September 2020
•	Generating the unique code Cash by Code for withdrawing cash at bank ATMs without the presence of the card - from September 2020
•	Opening online current accounts in MDL, EUR, USD, RON and RUB - from September 2020
•	Currency exchange of Moldovan lei, EURO, US dollars, Romanian lei or Russian rubles in the application at an advantageous exchange rate between current, card and deposit accounts - from April 2020.
•	Get full access to information for all cards and bank card accounts 24/7
•	View the balance and history of card account transactions
•	Pay for government services MPay: for kindergarten, traffic police fines, etc.

I really appreciate the app, but I travel a lot and don't always have roaming coverage, in that case I can't make any transfers because there are no alternatives for OTP code transfer confirmation. Can you implement transfer confirmation with biometrics or EvoSign?

Задумка не плохая, но очень много пока недоработанных задач. 
Я понимаю , что защита данных и все такое, это хорошо, но позвольте мне решать когда я захочу менять пароль для входа в систему. 
Временно нет доступа к мобильному номеру телефона, и все доступа к деньгам НЕТ, программе приспичило поменять его примо сейчас, причем еще добавляя кодовое комбинацию. 
Почему нельзя использовать на выбор либо номер телефона, или email, например для подтверждения авторизации??!!
Вторая причина, всегда нужно набирать пароли, почему не активируется Face ID для входа в систему??!! Почему нельзя все сразу продумать, и все сделать на один шаг на опережение, и не плестись в хвосте с такими настройками как сейчас??!!!!

Уважаемые, обновите приложение! Сделайте его более user friendly! У меня было много банков, в том числе в иностранных - никогда не было проблемы что-то найти. У вас же - доисторический интерфейс, очень сложный, много чего отсутствует. Я хочу посмотреть номер своей карты - не могу! карты нет под рукой. Сделать перевод - нужно сломать голову, куда же мне нажать. Уже будьте добры, позаботьтесь о своих клиентах.

Очень долго искал банкомат или офис для внесения наличных денег.
Приложение не позволяет использовать фильтры при поиске банкоматов:
• работает ли банкомат;
• есть ли доступ к нему;
• работает ли он на приём наличных и т.п.

В приложении при просмотре карты с результатами офисов обслуживания и банкоматов сложно что-либо понять. Карта загромождена лишними объектами.
• отсутствует внятная легенда карты:
• не понятно, что подразумевается под значком на карте;
• есть ли доступ к банкомату всем посторонним;

В общем, очень много времени потерял пока не позвонил в банк и не спросил у оператора, где находится банкомат.
Приложение плохое.

Being abroad on vacation without your card is extremely unpleasant when you have to urgently complete some documents.
