Sehr schlecht! Zig mal sinnlos umsteigen soll man, wohl um unterwegs noch in den Bahnhofsshops aus langer Weile einkaufen zu sollen, weil wieder einmal Verbindungen ausfallen, die gar nicht oder viel zu spät angezeigt werden, oder die Umwege mit zahlreichen Umsteigereien verpulvern bis zu 40 min mehr Fahrtzeit, obwohl es schnellere und kürzere Wege gibt. Aber steht werden die falschen viel zu langen Wege angezeigt. Die angeblichen Livekarten stimmen nicht mal annähernd mit der Wahrheit überein. Verspätungen werden falsch angezeigt oder gar nicht. Diese App ist für Touristen und Leute ohne Ortskenntnisse der reinste Horror. Datenschutztechnisch sollte man sich fragen, warum diese App auf die eigenen Fotos und Kontakte zugreifen will, selbst wenn man das ausgeschaltet hat, bekommt man ständig nervige Aufforderungen, Fotos, Standort, Kontakte,... einschalten zu sollen. Wozu? Die VBB gibt hierzu trotz schriftlicher Anfrage keine Antwort. Transparenz sieht eindeutig anders aus! Über die App gekaufte Tickets verschwinden im Datennirvana. Ganz toll bei Kontrollen. Auch hierzu schweigt die VBB! FAZIT: Wer sich mit derlei Fehlprogrammierungen rumärgern will, gern sinnlose und Zeit raubende Umwege erleben möchte, ist mit dieser App definiv genug gestraft. Nicht empfehlenswert! Note 6! ### 1/5 — 15 min, um einen Ticket zu kaufen *2025-10-25* Um einen Ticket überhaupt kaufen zu können muss man erstmal registrieren. Das wäre ok, wenn nur mein email angefragt wäre um das Ticket auch per email mit Kaufbeleg zu erhalten. Aber hier braucht man volle name, Geburtsdatum, Telefonnummer und Name des Haustiers (ja, wirklich). Wieso denn so viele persönliche Informationen für einen einfachen Bus-Fahrschein? Ohnehin habe ich das eben gemacht um eine erste Fehler zu bekommen: die Registrierung sei nicht erfolgreich zu Ende gekommen. Ich habe auch keine email oder sms Nachricht bekommen. Ich habe das ganze peinliche Verfahren noch einmal durchgeführt um eine ganz neue Fehler zu bekommen: „Der Benutzer existiert schon“. Also das erste Verfahren hatte doch funktioniert? Ich musste dann auf „pin vergessen“ klicken, und habe das Pin endlich per sms erhalten. Nun konnte ich einen Ticket endlich mal auswählen. Und dann wieder eine Enttäuschung: mit Apple Pay geht’s nicht. Als ich mit Debitkarte dann zahlen wollte, bin ich von einer dritten Fehler begrüßt worden: der Zahlungspartner sei nicht registriert (was auch immer das heißt? Ist das eine Backend-Fehler?). Endlich funktionierte es mit der Kreditkarte option, aber erst nachdem ich meine Kreditkarten-Angaben und volle Anschrift angegeben hatte. 15 Minuten später, durch drei Fehler durchgekämpft, und von all meiner Personenbezogenen Informationen entlastest, konnte ich endlich mal mit dem Bus fahren. Zum Glück, war ich auch Ausnahmsweise 20 min vor der Abfahrt da. Schlimmer gibt’s nicht. ### 1/5 — Just bad *2025-09-15, version 4.7.1* Tried to buy a ticket to the airport. Forced me to make an account first which in itself isn't unreasonable, but let me fill out the details in English and some parts were randomly in German? I know some German so it's alright but someone who never learned will struggle. Then tried to select a ticket (options all in German), where it didn’t have ApplePay or such so I had to put my address in. Every time I put it in, I just got sent back to the selection screen. Four times. I started to panic about missing my train - and by extension, my plane - so I gave up and sprinted to the ticket centre. Just go to the ticket machines or desk. The ladies on the counter were very helpful, way more so than this app. ### 1/5 — Can’t add payment *2025-08-03* Because the add address form doesn’t work. What a waste of my time. ### 1/5 — Could not register *2025-07-15, version 4.7.1* I could not use an Australian mobile number to register, so I could not click through to buy a ticket. Seems like a silly stumbling block which could be easily rectified. Thanks ### 5/5 — Mega *2025-07-09* Ich war sehr überrascht von der App wie bescheid wissend die App bei Verspätungen war, denn ich hatte DB bevor ich diese App entdeckte, Auf dB war kein Verlass, ich hatte sogar schon manchmal auf einen Bus gewartet der angeblich rechtzeitig kam am Ende aber doch gar nicht kam und trotzdem behauptet dB immer noch der Bus wäre gekommen! Aber bei VBB ist wirklich verlassen und nicht nur das sie bei Verspätung super Bescheid weiß denn wen Mann der App dein Standort zu wissen erlaubt kann man mit einem Knopfdruck schon die nächste Haltestelle,der nächste Bus/Bahn und es ist auch ganz einfach das Ziel einzugeben das heißt wenn du z.B. jeden Tag zum Schloss charlotten Hof fährst speichert er das automatisch! Fazit, ich kann die App nur weiterempfehlen ### 5/5 — Gut und zuverlässig *2025-03-20* Die App ist funktional, übersichtlich und hilfreich. Sie hat alles, was man braucht und läuft bei mir auch sehr stabil. ### 3/5 — Schade, kein Routen speichern mehr *2025-03-05* Seit dem letzten Update hat sich einiges verändert. Gut ist, dass bei dem Routenplan jetzt unten Icons sind um schnell zu Abfahrten, Netzpläne und Tickets zu kommen, dies war vorher umständlicher. Ein ganz großer negativ Punkt ist jedoch, dass man beim Routen Planer keine Routen mehr als Favoriten speichern kann. Ich hatte vorher 5 häufige Routen, nun muss ich immer alles neu von hand eintippen. Zumal ich die Logik nicht verstehe, jetzt sind gespeicherte Orte doppelt vorhanden, unter Orte und dann bei der Auswahl vom Start/ Ziel im Routen Planer. Im Hauptmenü gibt es einen Punkt gespeicherte Routen, aber es gibt garnicht die Möglichkeit etwas einzugeben oder zu speichern, auch bei der Routen Planung kann keine Route gespeichert werden. Im Tutorial wird erwähnt dass es möglich ist Routen zu speichern aber das WIE fehlt. Schade war die häufigste Funktion, welche das leben wirklich einfacher gemacht hat. ### 1/5 — Badly planned for tourists *2025-02-17, version 4.7.1* Although I can speak German so could understand the directions, the app constantly went to an error page for myself and my husband when trying to register. There was insufficient information about what the ticket options were - eg what counts as a small group? we had to go and find cash then the driver sold us quite an expensive set of tickets considering we were not going far- more expensive than the app indicated they should be. ### 1/5 — Do not use! *2025-02-16, version 4.7.1* The app will just take your money and then not load a ticket. The app doesn’t work without a network connection. Have issues? You have to email and hope they reply. Why do they need so much personal information just to get a €4 metro ticket.
