I have yet to catch the live sessions, but I do catch the replays and OMG, he ALWAYS delivers with a great workout. The APP is easy to use and there are a ton of videos to choose from. The VBF family has been very encouraging in how to make life changing habits and all the coaches are right there working out alongside you during each session.
