## What is VC Business?

VC Business gives you complete peace of mind for your loved ones 24/7.
Using touchless sensors, VC Business fall detection devices monitor your loved ones in their home and alerts you if they need help. It doesn’t use any cameras so your family’s privacy is always protected. 
Please note that you need to have the VC Business device in addition to the mobile app. Our VC Business App works together with the VC Business devices to:
Give you simple instructions for setting up the VC Business device.
Set multiple contacts for alerts - giving you the ability to choose who should be notified in case your loved one needs help.
See which room your loved one is currently in.
Alert you in case your loved one falls.
Show when and where your loved one has fallen in the past.
Give users access to VC Business's world-class support team.
Please note that Wi-Fi connectivity is required for the VC Business device to function properly. The VC Business app works via Wi-Fi or mobile network.
