Vincent Capital is making property development financing simpler by streamlining the whole process – saving you time, paperwork and emails. With VC Online, you can manage it all yourself, from your phone.

Our app makes the application faster, walking you through each step and enabling easy upload of plans and documents. It speeds up things at our end too. When the loan is approved and construction started, you use the app to manage your monthly drawdown, update information, review progress and chat to your Vincent Capital Lending Manager. It even notifies when there’s something you need to do to keep everything on track.

VC Online is intuitive and easy to use. It brings every part of the application and loan management process together on your phone. It prompts you to upload things like plans and consents. It automates AML checks. It shows you real-time balances. It tracks loan conditions, and notifies you about key dates.

Quick and convenient

VC Online speeds up the all-important approval process, for you and for us. It eliminates back-and-forth emails and follow-up phone calls. Once you’ve uploaded the required documentation to the app, you’ll get a quick turnaround at our end.

Better support

The app keeps you in direct contact with our Lending Managers, who are there when you need them to help keep things on track so you can deliver a successful project. It enables them to reach out when they need to, and for you to chat with them when you want, conveniently keeping all the online chats in one place.
