## What is Vcare Softphone?

De Vcare Softphone is een applicatie waarmee de gebruiker op het Vcare platform, net als op een vast toestel, voor iedereen bereikbaar is op de manier waarop u dat gewend bent. U kunt u ook vanaf uw mobiele telefoon bellen naar het verkorte nummer (persoonlijke extensie) van bijvoorbeeld uw collega’s. Doorverbinden, parkeren, opzetten van conference-calls behoren uiteraard tot de mogelijkheden.
